Penny Killick

I joined Best Practice Chiropractic in January 2010, whilst I was studying to be a CYQ Level 3 yoga teacher.  I am passionate about the benefits of good nutrition, regular exercise and a holistic approach to caring for the body as a whole.  My work at Best Practice Chiropractic in the Reception Team is both complementary and inspirational to my yoga teaching and I am delighted to be part of a like minded team.

Petra Beeny

I started at Best Practice Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant. Already I was a strong believer in the natural healing process. Having been treated by DC Westergaard myself, I feel very privileged to work in an environment where I see on a daily basis patients being helped and supported. I am committed to support our patients as their first point of contact.

I first became aware of the benefits of Chiropractic care when my husband had such a positive outcome following treatment for back pain at Best Practice Chiropractic. He noticed a great overall improvement in his general health and well being. Having chiropractic  myself, I noticed my posture was much better and a real difference in my sleep quality too.It is a real pleasure to be working as part of a team that is dedicated to help each and everyone that comes to the clinic to reach their health goals -the natural way.
